The cuisine of Romagna is that unique and special taste that tastes like home even when you are on holiday. Don't stop here, though: try the passatelli, strozzapreti, tagliatelle and homemade pasta made by azdore, true lords of the rolling pin, but also the blackberry meat from Romagna, rabbit and vegetables that usually accompany grilled meats. Last but not least... a sweet Romagna doughnut, simple and rustic. A toast? Sure, with Sangiovese, Pagadebit, Albana or whatever appeals to your palate: there's something for everyone!
